Dragon's Dogma 2 wasn't actually a bad game and it's biggest issue was just a lack of content. A Dark Arisen expansion that added a megadungeon and a bunch of new enemy types would instantly make it at least an 8/10 on par with the original.

I've made a stealth archer in an Elder Scrolls game exactly once, don't want to do it again and probably never will.
First off, if you need a build you never deviate from in a game where the optimal melle strategy is W+M1 as fast as you can click it, you're shit at video games. Like genuinely, if that's the Rubicon you cannot cross, you're not smart enough to be good at video games. Try finger painting or some shit.
Second, it's the most boring way to play the game. Mods kind of make archery viable when they start making your arrows respect headshots with critical hits, but at the end of the day you're just playing the same game as if you played melle, but slower. The only reason to ever use stealth in these games if for stealth quests.
And finally, it just makes the game an annoying slog. Wait, loose an arrow, Wait. Repeat until room is empty, crouch walk to the next one. It's boring.
