Haven't kept up with pokemon in a bit. What's up with fairy and stellar?
Stellar isn't really a type. It's part of the terresstrial gimmick in scarlet and violet. No pokemon actually has this type. Fun fact if you hack a pokemon to have the stellar type, it's resistances and weaknesses will be the same as poison.

They become that type defensively, and gain STAB on it as well while not losing their original STAB. A Pokemon with a Stellar Tera Type keeps its original types, but instead gets a one time STAB boost to every attacking move they have.
