Where did that energy go?
It doesn't matter what they(developers) use, if the game looks good, plays good, controls good, that's all what matters, you people need to stop crying about bad games (That requires admitting you like is slop) and start playing good games. Put your money where your mouth is at.
Sure there are like some good games on steam, but they are not trendy or trending, so you need to do more research.

Nvidia wants out of the GPU market but they also want to squeeze every cent possible out of it before they bail.
The solution? Incentivize devs to use their shit tech so people are forced to upgrade to high end cpus and price out the lower end consumer, who will have to move into streaming services (which they also own) in order to keep playing videogames.
Once streaming is normalized they can finally cut off consumer grade hardware and invest fully into AI and server grade stuff.
