Bottles was made for faggots like you
because apparently it's better to make a similar program instead of helping improve the existing one

I use Heroic :p
>>
Heroic is better and now support 32bit games
>>
>>729657515
I wasn't aware that it didn't before. I never had any issues play 32bit gog games that I tried.
>>
>>729656393
You can run pirated games using steam on Linux
>>
>>729656764
Cute..

Lutris is absolute trash, had an issue where a package was broken somewhere and I couldn't launch several games but if I were to go to the games install folder they'd launch perfectly fine but without any of my save data. It was an absolute pain in the ass to eventually get the thing running properly again which I should have just uninstalled the piece of shit

Then you have to deal with the annoying randomized prefix name. Heroic runs everything nice and tidy in predictable locations.
>>

Some games that use full 32bit libraries doesn't work, like Grim Dawn

The game in these screenshots is really fun but abandonware. You can get the clean Steam files off Internet Archive and patch it with a Steam emu and the Rebane server and still have fun with it.
Needs dotnet452 on Linux
No scoreboards though (TT)

>GoG nukes a game from my account because apparently Poles can't into databases
>good thing I can still play my offline game while waiting for support to respond because I installed it via Lutris
>open Lutris
>game not there
>faggot Lutris nuked it because it wasn't on my account
Fuck Lutris.

Just use Steam...
>add the installer of [game] as foreign game
>rightclick the library entry and navigate to properties
>force compatibility and choose a suitable Proton version
>install [game], preferably to ~/home/[User]/Games/
>locate the .exe, change the Steam library entry to target the .exe, i.e.: "/path/to/exe" and start within the Proton prefix (in most cases the same path as the exe)

Or just...
>>
>>729656393
It's good if you never use install scripts and treat it as a simple frontend/prefix manager.

Playnite soon
