How would you develop a rated M Panty & Stocking game?

>>729673354Panty and Stocking has pretty dynamic fights so it'd be fun to that replicates that action by making character swapping something that happens several times each fight. Having each character mentally separated by button layout would be good.when you're playing as Panty, your right thumb will be on the analog stick to aim, so her moveset would use the triggers and shoulders with reticle aiming. Stocking's moveset would use the face buttons with a hardlock. Panty would be better for dealing with large groups of chumps or dealing sustained damage against a big slow enemy, Stocking is for the enemies that require extra finesse and mobility. Give it a mission structure with big levels that vary from "kill this boss" to "fight this army" and you've got a 10/10.
