I've been playing through the Resident Evil games since some friends just got into it. I finished both campaigns in the PS1 version of RE1 and elected to try out the remake for RE2 next, just finished Leon's story last night.I'm aware that the remake for 3 removed large chunks of the game and the remake for 1 removed the endearing dialogue and changed a lot of level layouts but can anyone give me the rough notes on why they dislike the remakes? or each remake?
