It's a JP exclusive game that blocked non-JP people from legally buying it, so just pirate it.
Switch version is very laggy, so you should play it on PC.
The game plays very similar to Cyber Manhunt, another great hacking investigative game.

Here's mine roughly ordered. Disaster Arms is the easy GOTY for me, only game that had me absolutely invested from the start until I 1cc'd it. Even the bottom row is still like 7.5/10 games. Some notable games that missed the cut due to being pretty good but nothing special were NG4, Shinobi AoV, Fuga 3, Doom Dark Ages, and Majogami. There's a few more indies I wish I played but I doubt they'd break into 8/10 territory.

Biggest disappointments of the year were MH Wilds (worst part is that it treated my main weapon well), HxH Nen Impact (I love 8ing fighters but they dropped the ball), and Captain Blood (really charming but way too monotonous with annoying late-game encounter design).

These last few years have been horrible for gaming, everyone are just making poor knockoffs of older games, sometimes with shinier graphics, sometimes with worse graphics. No, I didn't like Frontier Hunter because its movement is essentially the same as Bloodstained's, which is incredibly awkward and sticky compared to other Igavanias. Add to that the fact that the Bloodstained engine doesn't deliver nice 3D anime character and monster models, and you have a game that's pretty ugly to look at
