They really thought of everything with the turn based mode. You think it would be slow, but they have a game speed setting that's always visible.
Turn based makes every RPG more playable because you can skip turn and then send your tank in, and the fight actually happens the way you want. I hate real time with pause.

Pathfinder is a much funner game all throughout, it has a much stronger hook right from the get-go, making a competent build might look intimidating at first but it is nowhere near as difficult as the autists on this board will lead you to believe.
PoE is a dull read from beginning till the very last 15% of the game where it finally starts to fit together, its only redeeming feature is it having the best rtwp combat system ever made, the turn based mode completely mangles it though so I wouldn't recommend using it.
