I'd normally agree but BA story and world are SO good it does worth some money. Easily btfo a lot of VNs. Even the current event was so fun and it grows characters on the player. I didn't like the Mika event, however. I really really hope this game's VN part will get archived some way if it ever gets shut down.

Clearly that guy is a retard speaking from his own personal experience. Gacha games are only a problem for people lacking impulse control, because you can choose not to pay or not to play. And in most cases, you can experience all of the content as f2p. The only thing f2p generally suffer at is pushing competition ranks or end game content, which slowly gets outmoded anyways.
And FYI if you're trapped in the "just do dailies" phase, it's time to quit because you clearly aren't enjoying the game anymore.

It's a personal problem for me because it has a visible, negative impact on my fellow men and society at large. It affects me personally because more and more games start to contain things like this, displacing the games that don't do it, and these games are constantly trying to force their way into the public eye.

this means one of two things

you are playing the literal trial version of any gacha (f2p) or you are spending several hundred dollars to get one single character, possible upwards of 500-800 if you want to make a real team that can do content that's relevant in whatever gacha

the gameplay can be good, but for 99% of gacha content out there, all of the fun is backloaded, relies on units you have to pull for, and those units have a time limit on them since power creep is so aggressive in every gacha so they can continually resell the same red/green/yellow colored bitch bitch with huge tits

unless you mean you enjoy playing through the like, 5-10 hours of cutscenes and nothing character dialogue they are obligated to make as a time sink every month so people feel more attached to the game purely because they've put hundreds of hours into just skipping bad story
