The 2000s felt like a gradual decline in quality until everything plunged off a cliff from '07 - '08 and things have never recovered. There was a brief period from like 2010 - 2013 where it felt like things were normalizing again but no, it just went right to shit again come 2014. I still remember the 2010 as if they were yesterday. 2020 onwards flew like an arrow and I can't really pinpoint any notable moments. I really miss being carefree and not worrying about work, finances and whatnot.
