My set up has been sitting in the garage for few months since my gaming cave is under construction. I might do a light set-up soon though and I will be getting the Frame so setting up will be much easier in the future.

I have a quest 3, with Bobovr halo headstrap that also comes with an awesome extra battery (I consider this or something like it mandatory, battery is like 1 hour and default elastic bands are painful)
