My dad was just gone one day. My siblings were psychos though. Another 4 hour long drive, back when we still had a car, hoping the war would've settled when we got back. Gameboy color and pokemon yellow were my go-to.
Destroy All Humans. I remember my mom and dad had one of their biggest fights while I was playing this game on my sister's ps2. At one point my mom burst into tears and came into the room with me and just sat on the bed watching me play and said nothing at all.
My older brother was a big wrestling fan and he was playing WWF Smackdown: Just Bring It when our mom walked in and told him she was divorcing our dad (I was a toddler at the time and have no memory of my father) so he forever associates wrestling games with that, yet he still plays them anyway even some of the recent entries to this day.
