Blood & Magic's five campaigns had unique game overs for both playable sides, normally showing your player character dead in some way related to the plot, or at least losing in some downer way. Except for the fourth campaign (Nuts & Bolts) which was far more comedic, that one had your player getting their nose tweaked with a pair of tongs instead.
I think there's some game with a child which and the game over is showing her coffin with her hat laid on it. Really threw me off.
