Cyberpunk has to be the least replayable game of all time. I am NOT sitting through pretentious ass Johnny Silverhands monologues for another 50 hours of my life. Even if all of that slog was skipable, the gameplay behind it doesn't even put it in the top 10 western RPGs of all time.

My problem with Cyberpunk is that it has what could have been one of the most fun, immersive, and interesting open worlds of any game in a very long time but CDPR prioritized everything EXCEPT the open world when making the game.Night City has a ton of interesting factions and cool locations, many of which get cool quests, but after you do those quests there’s literally no reason to interact with them. If 2077 had any semblance of a living world (Bethesda games unironically mog CDPR in this department) it would be one of my favorite games of all time.

I think one anon really hit the nail on the head with this game when he said that their programming worked in TW3 because you play as a mutant monster hunter. So you don’t really care about what people are doing or about sneaking around.But in CP2077, you’re supposed to feel like a part of the city. NPCs should feel real too, and any actions in free roam should feel meaningful because you’re just another citizen. Instead, outside of missions, it feels like a generic Ubisoft game with no interactivity, rather than feeling like a Bethesda game (Starfield wasn’t out at the time).
