Something super eerie about walking through a serene little village or childhood home while knowing you’re technically in the middle of a battlefield. Especially when the peaceful setting starts glitching or bleeding through with the horror reality bit by bit. Feels like your brain is trying to protect you from something you’re not ready to remember. Gives me FEAR vibes mixed with Spec Ops: The Line.
