>>729871270I almost bought a 5090 a few days ago to upgrade
>>729871814i just bought one (at $2k) because of all that shit about price increases (both the rumor and the notice from asus to partners)gonna leave it in the box for a bit and collect my free money later if they all start to creep up big time, and pull use it if not

Explain why I need anything better than my GTX4080 when every graphically demanding game made is filthy shit slop abysmally badly jeetcoded in UE5.

>>729876878>>729877081issue was only partially fixed or so i've heard
>>729878214I wouldn't know. I never cared enough for that particular feature. Then again I'm on 580.88 and it works well with my UV settings.
>>729877548PS6 will be out next year dude
>>729871270R5 4650 vega 7. It's fine. New vegas runs great and I'm playing splinter cell 2002 for the first time.
>>729878709NTA but fat fucking chance. I bet $100 that's not happening anymore.
>>729871270>RX 9070XT
>>729871270rtx 2050
i dont understand these threads. it seems to be the older the graphics card the more insane the attached pic is, but it seems the opposite for some. I have a 2070RTX from like 2021. is that good? bad? it was one of the first with ray tracing I know that much. I just dont "get it". am I just and "unc"? is my attached gif silly enough to match my card's performance?

>>729879573What she is about to inject, anon?
>>729877404>>729878214Well, either they are doing some form of emulation on Blackwell GPUs or they must be manually replacing the CUDA software in each specific game with a 64-bit version that can utilize the supported CUDA software on 50-series. That's also likely why there's an extremely limited selection of supported games, they have to manually dive into each games files, figure out what to replace and how to fix it, and do a lot of QA testing to make sure they didn't break the game.>NVIDIA>QA testingI know...I know.
>>729879504no that's bad and you should feel like shit about it becauuuuusseeee uuuhhhh you don't play valarante with rtx on >rx 6800 (also unsure about this thread)
