At 25 I got the dream gaming PC i' hyped up in my mind for 15 years, played a few AAAs at Max settings and... Got bored of games shortly after. I still play from time to time 5 years later but the enjoyment dropped off massively

I spent my teenage years on partying and drinking. I can count the truly valuable memories made during this time on one hand. Videogames are unironically better, 99% of people aren't worth any time or effort. Drink buddies are not your friends, and real friends are extremely hard to come by.

As a result, a lot of people give up vidya to placate their gfs; however, the alternative is to become such a chad that she will """tolerate""" your gaming habits and still be happy to spend time with you. Now this is easy with fat women, but it is very difficult with true baddies. You gotta lock in your nutrition, fitness, education, charm, financial status, etc, and then you can truly game and get your dick sucked in peace. If someone grows up only playing mainstream trash, interactive audio-visual experiences, movie games, etc., then it's perfectly understandable that after a certain age, the person loses interest.But there are video games that are comparable to traditional games.
