Think of all the things in life you are grateful for and focus on that. Also try to keep improving your life (health, relationships, skills, etc.). Video games are fun challenges and entertainment. However, when you aren't satisfied about how your life is, then you won't find satisfaction in video games either. They are an escape from reality. Nothing wrong with escaping reality temporarily, but you gotta face reality too.
