Reset whatever you did to afterburner and crank the power limit/memory clock all the way to the right. Run benchmark, note the highest your GPU clocks/temps/voltage during this. Once the benchmark is up, note the score. Now, you're going to open up the curve editor and try to hit that same clock but on a lower voltage. Keep going until you start crashing in the benchmark and then backup a bit. Keep note all clock/temps/voltage/scores. Once you feel confident you got it as low as it will go with the highest clocks, go play CP2077 with everything cranked and see if you're stable.

Most manufacturers will make a cheap version, a regular version and a premium version. If it's a company you've heard of before and the price is in the ballpark of everyone else it's whatever. Never had an issue with them!" type shit here. Gigabyte does seem to be an exception where they're a company everyone knows and they've been around for a while and yet, according to the internet, no one every buys their cards because they're terrible. I suspect a lot of people are buying them and having no issues though because they have been making them for a while and they're not exactly cheap or anything.

Core/mem overclock either on its own or with an undervolt (plus optional power limit decrease) is more sensible. But you do you.
