The problem with CA isn't that they rectify mistakes (which they do....only after enough people call them out on it), it's that they very quickly relapse into making more mistakes without learning past lessons. The Shadows of Change DLC and Pharoahs were complete disasters, which they did try to fix and Thrones of Decay was great. But this was enough to make CA fanboys forget about their past fuck up so we got the shitshow of 2025 where Tides got delayed after delay and patches that completely broke AI even more than they were. This once again got people to go apeshit on them, which they then resolved only after too many people called them out (cuz they weren't doing shit about the bugs before that). But I don't believe for a second that they won't go back to once again being complacent and fuck things up. And because the fanbase are so easily placated by blogs saying "see? we listen cougheventuallycough to you guys! next year will be great!" and the fanbase buying it everytime. TLDR CA doesn't learn from their mistakes and the fanbase doesn't give them a reason to do so.
