I wanna get slammed by some mind-melting plot stuff before spring hits.
Just finished Never7, this is my first Uchikoshi visual novel. I knew basically nothing about Uchikoshi other than the Delta memes from Zero Escape, that people hated Never7, that 12Riven had production issues and that for some reason I need to read Ever17 and Remember11 before reading 999.Overall I didn't think Never7 was as bad as 4chan claimed it to be but it still wasn't great, my biggest issues was that most of the deaths felt really forced causing a cosindersble amount of the drama to not be that engaging, also the sci-fi aspect felt half-assed. From my understanding Uchikoshi wanted to do a sci-fi novel after but was coerced into doing romance but kept some light sci-fi elements, then on the re-release where the novel actually got the name Never7 he added the sci-fi Curé routes.Regardless I'm going to try to read the other Infinity novels, I already know that the best way to enjoy Ever17 is with the old patch but what's the best way to play Remember11?
