What's the most autistic vidya thing you guys do? I play civ6 a lot and when I get a good game I make an entire history on it in a word document. It's pages long at this point. I give names to world leaders, have entire battle sagas with named battles and generals, etc.
There's a few, but making money, doing side quests where you just go to X and clear a "camp" (Cyberpunk most recently), exploring the world and taking screenshots from certain locations.
>>730110456Rikka's fat & soft places. I have a backlog collection I've been playing through diligently since COVID, almost finished; started at 168 down to 36.
>>730110456when i play Mario 64 and i go underwater i hold my breath too, like Mario
>>730110456When I replay games, I pretend I'm playing it for the first time, doing things like deliberately falling for traps that I know are there and missing items that I would miss in my first playtrough.
>>730110456I play video games.
post proof fake autist
Nothing much. When I pick up a tough game, I tend to keep thinking out loud about it throughout the day, trying to come up with effective strategies to beat it.
>>730110456That's a very sexy girl who makes me horny.
>>730112690They're still a bit rough but they get better with each iteration.
>>730110456For context I'm an old fuck who grew up during like the NES and SNES era. Getting a new game in a poor family meant you are likely to replay the same game for literal years just due to boredom. RPGs last for a bit, platformers allow you to explore and go out of bounds but fighting games are some of the shortest games so they are rarely played. To know such basically "took a slot" of a more fulfilling game make me just look for an excuse to drain more hours out of them. My brother and I used to play with interesting rules. Mirror match and whoever won get that character. We split stages as we see fit often letting the person with less characters have more given stages are basically just filler items to be traded. We would place bets and offers for trades as we play. The meta game ends once someone get all of the characters. Thing is that is counterproductive of trying to make the game itself last longer and get more value out of it. You were highly encouraged to use joke characters or characters you aren't a fan of if you were winning and use your better characters if you are losing. Give extremely good offers if the other person is really lacking in options. Maybe give three good characters for a stage which nobody even cares about. Once we finally got bored of playing for that session we will start playing seriously or write down who have what for the next time. If the game have a cpu option then sometimes let that fight instead while you go to the bathroom or do a sort of saltybet thing and place bets of stages and other characters on top of the current characters. I'm sorry to say but Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct (though it look cool) for the SNES sucks as long term games. Soulcalibur and Smash single player modes had way more value.

>>730113552>>730113631kek, nice
>>730110456I have played WoW since vanilla and various other mmos since their start as well, I have never once RP'd or ERP'd but I still write extensive back stories for all my characters, I have a private wiki for my writing and at one point I even had a page outlining all their connections to each other, if I can't come up with a good backstory for a class I won't play it even if I like it, I almost never share my work either, it's all just an autistic side project just for me because I enjoy writing
>>730114093Ever play Maplestory?
>>730114178I did but couldn't get in to it, a lot of korean mmo's that are story or worldbuilding lite just aren't for me, WoW Pre SL and SWTOR are probably the two that I've done the most writing for
>>730113552>>730113631Cute autistic
Sometimes when I was bored I would play GTA San Andreas and fly a Shamal over the desert then pretend someone shot me down and parachute into the middle of the desert then walk all the way to Las Venturas and do taxi work to get CJ back on his feet then I’d assassinate a random well dressed pedestrian and pretend he’s the one who put out a hit on CJ
>>730114093That’s kind of the point. WoW is kind of DnD adjacent, you’re kinda expected to get autistic with your character and write an extensive backstory for who he is and how he got there and where is he going. That or just self insert as him and pretend he’s you
>>730113552keyed
>>730114474>SWTORSounds about right. The setting is pretty great but all stories beyond Agent and Sith Warrior/Inquisitor are complete garbage.
>>730113552>>730113631Based and cute.
>>730116357>That’s kind of the point. It was the point on RP servers in 2005 in current wow your character is just something disposable you probably leveled up in under an hour, also that's not really how the majority of the playerbase has ever played, majorfartchugs wasn't thinking that deep when he made his character>>730116581yeah but writing your own OC is fun either way
>>730110456Why is she holding a type B plug if she's in Japan? Is Japan healing?
>>730110456I quicksave every minute. It's a habit ever since fallout 2. I don't even load that often, it's just after every action I tend to save just so it's done forever now.
>>730110456you should use something that basically scripts keywords similar to code. Obsidian is one example.Basically it makes it so you can turn names/variables into something that is defined with its own documentation.>pseudo Exampleday 1[enemy] [president] #Splorpin +disagreed with his #council and [attack]ed [zone a]>[] = page dedicated to all posts regarding the word># = info page with history of notes regarding that thing/word>+ = keyword of significance with own page that stores every instance of the word
>>730114093surely you played city of heroes/villains right? A large portion of the playerbase really had fun with the bio section when making characters, so I used to just walk around reading people's character bio's and seeing how it related to their skills and stuff.
I play Second Life semi regularly. My avatar is a fairly attractive woman. A lot of SL avatars look hideous, so I get a lot of attention. So you know how women in real life do that thing where they constantly shit test men who want to fuck them? I kinda adapt that behavior when playing SL. Like even if I’m horny and I just want to get fucked, if a guy starts the conversation with hi how are you I just immediately lose interest. I think it’s because I know how attractive my avatar is compared to most female avatars, I’ve spent money on it. I feel like I deserve more effort because I give someone my attention. Which I’ve come to realize is the exact shitty entitled behavior real life women have.
>>730118076I did play it for a bit it but it was past its prime when I got in to it
>>730110456>What's the most autistic vidya thing you guys do?Spend hours explaining items, synergies and lore of The Binding of Isaac to others every time someone mentions "that game I keep playing" and sometimes without even being mentioned by them because I overhear their meme videos and they sometimes use music from Isaac's OST.
>>730110456you just reminded me of doing that for civ 3 back in the day, might as well start again
>>730113552>>730113631anon you have super autismnever change
>>730110456>What's the most autistic vidya thing you guys do?play factoriobut when i was in HS i wrote out strategies for playing starcraft, on paper, without even owning a computer at that point. had a few chances to play at friends houses
>>730116269Thanks, Astolfo-chan
rikka is over rated.
>>730118157threads about autism, not discord-induced fetishes
>>730110456I do the same but for CK3, especially for mods like AGOT and EK2
>>730110456Can I see it?>>730113552>>730113631kino
>>730119624Same>>730117856Not him but I wouldn't be a fan of this since I like to decide what is important to write about or not. My autism is less history archiver and more creative literature. If you take my recorded CK3 games and read them it will sound more like a narrated tale than a list of events.
>>730113552I feel like you'd have so much more fun with other grand strategy games.
>>730120310Such as?
>>730110456>people treat creative writing as a autistic activity nowwhat the fuck, soon only people who sit glued to a screen without a keyboard or mouse will be considered normal
>>730113552>>730113631I need to leave this place.
>>730121057>not looking at your phone while next to a screenweirdo
>>730120170I would say I'm more of a history archiver though written by a subjective pro-dynasty archiver long into the future. But the writing style is more of a blend of events and narrated tale.I also like to keep track of councilors, courtiers and other notable people so its not just simply another councilor or courtier in need or replacement for one with better stats
>>730121057it's literally always been treated as an autistic hobby, fantasy writers are usually not popular people irl its inherently autistic
>>730113552>>730113631Holy sovl.
>>730110456I turn on the AC when it's a cold level. I turn off the lights when it's a night level.
I put a limited amount of quarters into a piggy bank for credits when I play an arcade game at home.
>>730114093doing it for the good of it, not for celebrity, or famedare I say based
>>730110456I get incredibly autistic about my fashion, spending hours making sure that colors, patterns, materials and overall shapes match between armor pieces regardless of stats. If other people's armor is egregiously bad (and not in a funny way) I'll message them telling them how to fix their fit. Also Dynazenon > Gridman.
>>730116269apparently during the covid lockdown I got so bored that when I noticed this large weed in game I came up with the backstory that during his time on the east coast CJ was a fucking square and had a landscaping firm and like a truck full of mexicans.and there fore I had to drive around and look at all the types of tree and plant in the game... Probably the Red Dead influence.
