Solves the handheld PC battery life problem
>>
how badly does it explode?
>>
>>730512474
Cool. Wake me up once they actually start production.
I'd actually pay 600-700 bucks for a more powerful Steam Deck variant that could last 5-6 hours at max settings.
>>
>>730512551
It won't explode until it's a real product so you're safe.
>>
>>730512551
Solid state batteries don't explode
>>
>>730512474
I remember some powerbank shilled as the first japanese solid-state commercial device, then turned out it was chinese scam as supercapacitor and graphene batteries
>>
every year some "new" chink technology promises to make the ultimate battery and then nothing happens
>>
>>730512474
fake and gay, doesn't actually exist
>>
>>730512474
The threads about this on /o/ and /g/ were enough.
>>730512728
>actually start production.
Its a scam company and their production facility is an abandoned empty warehouse in Finland
>>
>>730513640
usually even if the technology works if they cannot mass produce it then it is useless to the general consumer.
>>
>>730513640
>every year some "new" chink technology promises to make the ultimate [Anything] and then nothing happens
ftfy
>>
>>730512728
The Switch 2 is only $450, you're in luck
>>
>>730513967
True, I've stopped listening to anything the Chinese says. They always promise amazing new tech that totally exists right now and is ready to be mass produced, and you never hear about it again.
Only time anything new Chinese actually comes out and is usable is AI models it seems
>>
This is another investor scam. Many such cases.
>>
>>730515236
The guy behind it has several other blatant scam companies as well
>>
I'll believe it when I see actual working products with it.
>>
>>730515294
Typical. These "futurism" startups never have anything.
If a new technology happens it's going to be funded by a large company who either developed it in house or bought a startup in order to bring it to market.
>>
>>730514930
>shitch no games 2
No thanks Furukawa, I like my hardware NOT locked down.
>>
>>730512474
>Gets tossed into an AI server instead
>>
>>730513640
>Been waiting for a nvidia or amd competitor from China for over a decade now
>Get nothing but shitposts on /v/ about how China has new chip that will destroy the Western card makers
Sucks to be a consumer so hard right now.
>>
>>730514930
That's not a Steam Deck variant, meaning handheld PC. It's a shitty locked down console with no games.

>"We're at Gwh of capacity but we're going for multiple tens of Gwh next year"
It's not a lot but obviously they want to make their money before someone figures out their tech and copies it. He even says so earlier.

I trust finns more than americans or chinkoids

You trust a serial scammer who claims that an abandoned warehouse with zero traffic is a bleeding edge battery manufacturing plant?

The efficiency makes me cum.
>>
>>730520265
The new tech allows it to warn you 5 minutes before implosion so you can dispose of it safely by putting it in your freezer for a year so its state can be resolided
>>
>>730519252
Holy shit how did they make a literal console so fuckable
>>
>>730520754
Keep on wishing and dreaming. Nobody is even remotely close to commercializing solid state batteries. Nobody has found a way to reliably produce and package a solid electrolyte in a battery. Honda has an entire facility built specifically for manufacturing prototypes they they keep delaying bringing them to market. VAG and every other big company who spent billions investing in solid state tech have yet to produce anything.
>>
You retarded shilling China slop do realize when America invaded Venezuela last weekend and captured their leader. They easily bypassed Chinese "state of the art" security right? The Chinks are a joke with their tech.
>>
The same guy behind this, Marko Lehtimäki also unveiled the 'World's First True Artificial Superintelligence' last year.

How the fuck are the finns so powerful?
>>
>>730512474
Every year I hear about revolutionary new battery tech.
And every time it's fake and gay bullshit.
>>

>>
>>730513967
Fuck you they just figured out how to generate a mini sun and harness the power. It's only a matter of time.
>>
>>730512474
If I need a handheld battery extender, then it's not a gaming handheld. Valve was right not to make a Steam Deck 2.0 yet.
>>

>>
>>730523832
Nope, nothing that's in my house is Chinese. There might be some plastic and stuff laying around. But that's about it.

What the fuck did they mean by this announcement? They didn't actually show the damn thing working, they just promised incredibly lofty specs, making the whole thing reek of a scam. But if it is a scam, what do they want? If it's money, they did a pretty thorough job of also explaining they already have all they need and don't need investment. Seems a bit counterproductive.
>>
>>730525115
standard chink bullshit.
everything is about appearances and getting something out of lying is a sign of intelligence to them.
>>

There is nothing chink about this

Isn't Toyota already manufacturing new EVs with solid state batteries?

General appeal can be achieved by slapping some simple anthropomorphic features and behaviors onto an object.
Sex appeal can be achieved by slapping coquettish behavior onto an anthropomorphized object.
Everyone lusting after the weaknesses of the flesh is just a femoid false flag.

Now if you'll excuse me, I think my toaster is winking at me.
