People are really underestimating the short amount of time shadPS4 has had on emu scene compared to the playstation adjacent emus and the number of games that are already boot up, go past the menu screen and some are outright in a mostly playable state. Give it another year or two and you can actually consider selling or junking that PS4 you got gathering dust in the corner.

Its a bit stuttery the first minute I start playing after launching the game as it loads everything, but outside of that it all just works. If you have never played the game before then this is a damn good way to start now, if you have played it before you can still download something like "bloodborne enhanced" to make your life easier or just to have the ability to play through the game with a weapon you like right from the start because lord knows fromsoft likes locking cool weapons until far far into late game.

I gave this game a shot because of the beautiful Hamauzu soundtrack but man, this game plays like MOLASSES. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZ-D-f-p__EI actually kinda like the combat system itself and the enviroments and art direction are nice, but everything in this game is just so damn slow. This may have the slowest run I've ever seen in a videogame. Bosses also kinda suck, they're just arbitrarily invincible half the time and their movesets have really arbitrary hurtboxes. Part of me still wants to play through the game though...
