They decided to resurrect Digimon some years ago and started ramping up production of a ton of Digimon products, for awhile they were just testing the waters and trying to remind people the franchise existed but last year was when they pushed out their big hitters all at once. Still, they managed to keep the aesthetics of the original world's overworld compared to next order. Also, it added a ton of post-vitium content like mt. infinity, demon lords subplot and heavenly arena so it's a win.
