I learned this lesson with the PS4.Never buy a console at launch.Always wait until there are at least 8 games you want for the console. And then, depending on how long that took, wait for the mid gen upgrade to come out. Then you can either buy the upgrade for better performance, or you can buy the launch console for a hefty discount
I own both and it's the best of both world, I get to play donkey kong on it and low end indie games and every other games I care for can be played on my deck or PC, they're the best combo a man can have right now

I don't think I've seen any positivity surrounding this console since its official reveal. Before then hype was through the roof. I know its fast selling, that's not the point.
