This game pissed me off so bad I had to stop and pray and ask god why I was feeling this way

The game just busts your daddy marbles too hard.>You can only save in your apartment, but past a certain point even entering your apartment hurts you>Teeny tiny little inventory you're required to fill up with junk, and healing items restore like 1/10 of your health despite taking up a full slot>Only melee and the melee sucks (guns technically exist but somehow cause less damage than a wine bottle)>Half the game is an escort mission>The ghosts can't be repelled unless you waste a sword on them, and there are more ghosts than swords>The tranny nurses burp when you hit them (a little thing, it's just goofy)It's the Rule of Rose problem. Really cool atmosphere and level design, the gameplay is painful. Mechanically they should have stuck much closer to the formula from SH2 and SH3. I hope someday someone will remake the game with SH3 mechanics.

>>730618669Backtracking wouldn't be so bad if you didn't constantly have to run away from walter and the ghosts, the major flaw with this game was the unkillable enemies chasing you everywhere, it just made playing it annoying and tedious. I still managed to finish it back then though, replaying it now I just don't have the patience for bullshit gameplay anymore, uninstalled backtracking through the forest.
