The Switch 2 has had an insane launch window.
Nintendo is STILL censoring Ecchi games on their consoles. Until we get a proper senran kagura game and a public apology for censorship the switch is DONE for me.

Depends.I skipped PS4 so the PS5 was nice to pick up at launch because I had missed so much and could play it at higher fidelity.But I played the shit out of the original Switch and there's little reason to upgrade right now.Mario Kart? 8 is generally considered better than World.3D Mario? Odyssey is generally considered better than Bananza.Zelda? Botw and Totk are available on Switch, which everyone owns. Age of Imprisonment is not a system seller.Pokemon? Also available on Switch.Metroid? Also available on Switch.Kirby? Also available on Switch. Air Riders is not a system seller either.I do own a Switch 2 because I'm sure it'll get tons of support over time but the problem with launching in June is your "year 1" is only 6 months, whereas 2017 Switch was packed with good original titles or games that otherwise may as well be new because they were on Wii U.

Remember, the rule of thumb is to only buy a console when the total combined MSRP of the Exclusives (not ports, not mutliplats) add up to AT LEAST the MSRP of the console itself.I remember seeing this rule posted on /v/ over two decades ago and it's yet to fail me.
