Agreed.
I just finished going through all the dlc for the first time after playing and beating the vanilla version multiple times at release.
Dead Money was easily the worst and I will skip it if I do another NV playthrough.

The only good thing about it was this perk (and it should have had lots of dialog opportunities but Obsidian is a hack)
