Konami had pretty cool foiling treatments w/ Ultimate Rares, and Ghost Rares, but they were falling behind on stylistic designs other TCGs were making - YGO full arts look neat.

Still an annoyingly splashable card but I guess "free Destroyer Penis" isn't really that big of a deal with today's power creep.That said HERO does have some ok super poly targets in the old attribute + Elemental HERO fusions, so I guess it's still not the worst option in the world. Probably wouldn't run any of them just for this though.
