From the discussions we've had in previous pregnancy threads, I've come to the conclusion that it's very easy to add pregnancy to a game, but difficult to base a game entirely around pregnancy. Is it better to keep pregnancy a small part of larger games? or could entire games be built around it?
>>730635335can be worked into it by making it so you have to give birth to your allies
>>730635335Probably not too hard with an H-game, but for anything else- forget about it. At best, you might get a fetish cameo. Obvious dev fetishes can be pretty repellent.
>>730635335You could have specific characters with a pregnancy gimmick.
Pregnancy fighting game, including mpreg and abortion execution finishes
>>730635335It could be one of those things that serve no purpose other than to make normgroids jump and clap, like your horse’s balls shrinking in the cold in RDR2
>>730635335I always thought a Metal Gear Solid game where you play as the pregnant Boss in WW2 could be kino
I will never not be mad they didn't update Lulu's model in FFX-2.
Honorable mention to What Remains of Edith Finch
>>730635335Why not make a game like RE4 but instead of a hot guy saving the president's daughter, it's a hot guy protecting his cute pregnant wife. It would make the female audience swoon and give them baby fever while also appealing to the male fantasy.
>>730636856This sounds like a more realistic option. It's difficult to make a pregnant protagonist because pregnant women are generally slow and vulnerable.
>>730635335Death Stranding counts in my opinion.

What would your dream pregnancy game look like anons?
>>730635335Pregnancy would do well in any game where you're playing as a family or a bloodline similar to a really long Sims save file. The girls would get pregnant and you would have to manage them to make sure they have a healthy birth and become good mothers, and repeat for the next generation and so on.
Pregnant women are inherently sexual.
