You can 'paint' cars but it's sort of a shitty system and for a lot of cars it kinda looks like you opened up MSPaint and used Paintbucket on the car

Nah, the writing in the DLC was noticeably worse than in the main game and I really didn't care for Dogtown as a setting.And don't get me started on that shitty anime...
