I think it'll be interesting to see how the actual combat plays out because Yakuza genuinely has god awful combat, it was kind of okay in the first series and more understandable because old but the progression of the combat throughout the years just got worse and worse so I wonder if nagoshi can pull through and make something decent

Itagaki (with some help of unnamed european investors presumably) somehow managed to keep his Devil's Third project funded for a decade. "Veteran" japanese video game directors/producers have a lot of time and money than most.
