>>730653291For me it was OoT > ALttP > MM > WWMM and WW are good if you like OoT and want more of that, after those you can kinda go wild. Skip skyward sword though unless you wanna know some of the sources of inspiration for BotW and TotK. Some would advice to skip the DS Zeldas but I personally enjoyed ST but if you didn't play PH you're gonna miss some of the references. AoL is kinda polarizing but it has a PC port that turns it into a smoother experience, on that note, you might want to wait for the PC port of TP which seems to be releasing in a few months. Modding weapon deterioration out of BotW and TotK wouldn't hurt either.

>>730653291The original is definitely a "figure it out with kids on the playground" game. It came with a partial map that you were meant to finish and I only ever beat LoZ1 because I used my cousin's map. LoZ2 is better about that but still kind of nasty, I only beat it because of a friend's older brother. ALttP marks when things can reasonably be figured out on your own and is a great place to start if you don't want to look stuff up on the internet. Link's Awakening is similar to ALttP on the Game Boy and is an easy contender for best game on that system. OoT is great but I'd start with ALttP. After ALttP go with Link's Awakening then do OoT and immediately jump into Majora's Mask. Beyond that you have the Oracle games, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. The beginning of TP drags on for a while but overall it's a solid game.
