I spent a long time messing with the files to fix some stuff and use the unofficial TL with the uncensored CGs. I had to redo steps several times, so I made a list of steps I had to take. Decided to format it here in case anyone else wanted to do the same. The official TL sucks (they both suck and use MTL as a base, but you can tell the unofficial one is edited) but the unofficial one comes with mosaics and a few untranslated routes.

Contemplating zipping and uploading my copy of the game somewhere once I'm finished playing through it to make sure it's stable, but at the minimum the CGs and translation stuff is pretty simple.
I'll probably post it to the f95 translation request thread.

>Uncensored CGs:
Decrypt official TL files with RGPM decrypter by Petschko, just open the game folder in the program
Replace unoffical TL /img/ folder with the decrypted official TL files in the /output/ folder. Keep a copy if you want to fix the names
System.json - change encrypted images to false at the bottom. If you added the audio or there's an audio issue set audio to false too

>Fix untranslated scenes in the unofficial TL:
Replace Map287-Map337.json with official TL's files

Optional:
>Prevent Windows application scaling to upscale with Magpie instead, much higher quality.
Use CuNNy, add custom title bar crop if needed. Personally used 29px with windows scaling 150% on 4k monitor. Probably varies
package.json - add --force-device-scale-factor=1 to args

CommonEvents.js - ctrl+f "Skip:", remove text in quotations so it just looks like: ""

>Fix character names
Open game folder in VSCode workspace - ctrl-shift-f replace instances of Sion/Zion -> Shion, Eris/Erisu -> Alice
Need to pay a little attention, use Match case and Match whole word and should be able to just replace all
Power rename img files same way to fix any issues with references, add copies of the original img files as well just in case
