I thought wuxia games were about becoming a ridiculously strong ebin demigod fighter but the most exciting shit you can do is running up walls and fight damage sponges.
Playing Artificer in Rain World makes you feel stronger than this game lmao.

The bosses are flashy, but they play out even more like a Simon says fest than Sekiro or any Souls game as they stick so extremely hard to their patterns and tend to attack so frequently that you can't really improvise in the fights all that much.

It's pretty, and some of the quests are really good. Being in a guild is fun. Kaifeng City is a technical marvel.
It has shit nightmare mode UI, the worst menuing of anything I have ever played, Level progression is meaningless, gear is meaningless, events are retarded, the MMO side is retarded. The Gacha is repulsive.
Play it for a few weeks, don't spend any money, move on with your life.

Agreed. I quit after a month. But I had fun treating it like a single player game. Beat all the bosses fucked anound In multiplayer. Realized I had done pretty .much everything and uninstalled.
I had fun while playing it. Lasted longer than most single player games. Maybe a year from now I'll reinstall.

Absolutely not. You have way more options here, and with attacks staggering or proccing more status effects there's a lot more that you can do than Sekiro. Maybe if you weren't limited to just the three prosthetics and one art it would be more comparable.
