I liked re3 remake and hated original.Original made no sense for Jill to know this shit was coming down and only bring her beretta/samurai and a single magazine with a tube top and mini skirt.Then the writing problems with her knowing the mercenaries names without being introduced, and nemesis just being a hammy version of Mr x.The most “unique” part of the game was the choose your adventure sections that didn’t have any logical causation to what you chose and what happened.Remake gave Jill a reason to be unprepared, gave her a character arc, and was just a genuinely fun fast paced adventure.

>>730697418Only good one was 2. I like what they did with Mr X and the puzzles are better than the original. I liked it, even if it doesn't fully replace the original it stands on it's own. 3 was low effort dogshit and 4 took way too many fucking liberties and I found it to be rather forgettable.
