I always found it funny that most of Europe has their legal age of consent at 15-16 (not Romeo/Juliet like in the states but like a 16 year old can fuck a 60 year old) but it's only Japan that got hit with the pedo allegations, and hit with them so hard that they also changed the age of consent to 18 pretty much everywhere.
