I imagine the DLC will just be a new Ciri segment to play-through, basically just to build hype for Witcher 4 where you'll play as Ciri. Like imagine if they re-did the post-Blood & Wine section to let Geralt tap out and let you run around Beauclaire as Ciri instead.
