>>730713308several of the best decks in the game right now are grindy control decks as opposed to the previous Maliss and Snake Eyes formats where the first player just set up an unbreakable instant win turn one board so it felt pointless to even bother trying to play, so games are lasting longer on averagein addition to that, the hand trap vs engine density in decks has gotten so extreme that both players bricking on 5 hand traps in their opening hand has become EXTREMELY common.
