hello, I recently got my ass absolutely obliterated in yugioh despite spending hundreds of hours on it. it seems there's no possible way to reach master rank with decks like dark magician or blue eyes dragon. It comes to the point you are lucky if you even get a round to play the game. on the other hand, I absolutely annihilate my opponents with mid tier or even absolute low tiers like ganondorf. Given these results, why would anyone choose yugioh instead of smash brothers? it seems yugioh is awfully balanced compared to smash bros. With certain decks you don't even get to play and on smash, you can nearly win with every character or at least play the game. doesn't make sense to me. Cheers!
