marvel probably. that or HNK are the combo games. anime games are also fun if you just wanna do combos i guess.

Strive is probably the most fun, decent amount of stuff to lab between counterplay, optimization and counter strategy. There's still a bunch of stuff that's unexplored.
XX/Xrd can be fun but there's too many autistic details and personally I don't find it very fun to investigate combo routing because it drops against a character. XX's replay takeover is great, more games need that.
SF6 has a really good training mode, but there's not a huge variety of stuff to lab. It's really good to drill reactions/confirms though.
2XKO lets you lab some goofy routes but the game itself sucks and there's not much of a point to labbing those.

Most fun? If that's your ONLY metric, it's definitely DBFZ. You do very little input for lots of flashy, cut scene filled damage. It's the most "Fun".

Fun is hard to measure, though. DBFZ requires the least effort for the most flashy shit and it's extremely fast by design.
