If you're an autistic who spends 15 hours a day doing a lot of shit on their PC, then yes, you'll get burn-in probably as fast a year. Also I don't know if there is any concrete sourced information about ASUS Tandem OLED monitors, but I heard Q1-Q2 2026, pretty sure they're wanting a 2026 release, so unless something drastic happens then I figured it'll be here by Summer 2026 at the latest. I also don't really want a WOLED, but that's just personal preference. I think QD-OLED has better color gamut and it's better in a darker room. The monitor you posted is cheaper, yes, but from what I can tell its only difference is the price and it being a WOLED, which I don't want. It's fine if you think I'm wrong and that WOLED is better, but I think it depends on the room you're playing in and just what you prefer.

Playing at ultra-high PPI 4K you'll still notice the verticies on a round object, the smeary textures, except now everything runs at 50% less FPS, which in turn makes the animations seem even more janky. One day an actually good game will come out with models and textures that look amazing at 160+PPI, but we're still waiting, more than 10 years after 4K come to market.
