east Asians used gunpowder long before wiggers even knew it existed. The Chinese used rockets, grenades, bombs and cannons. the Japanese Samurai on Tsushima charged the Yuan Mongol army, which replied with barrages of grenades, cannons and rockets, destroying those charges. The Japanese later on adopted matchlocks en-masse and utilized them in a tactical set up superior to the Europeans, and would have probably continued improving their tactics if the Tokugawa Shogunate didn't unify Japan and usher peace for more than 200 years.
