Happy said Arcadeon is his favorite FFXIV raid series of all time and a lot of people seem to agree with him, but it's just so weird. I mean opinions are opinions at the end of the day but it's easily my least favorite. The story just feels like filler to me. I mean compare the final boss from each series - Bahamut Prime, Alexander Prime, Omega F&M, Eden's Promise and Athena. They're all epic boss fights featuring beigns that are some of the most powerful in this universe. Meanwhile Arcadeon gave us Lyndwurm, a gay serpent with AIDS who looks like its a throwaway mob from a random FATE. Its just lame.

Majority of XIV players have, what I call, a Disney Adult/Potterhead/Ao3joshi relationship to FFXIV. I am happy to report I just beat M10S with my current group.That being said: No, no it isn't possible to do so unless you know someone in a static. I applied to a lot of groups and all of them rejected me due to a lack of fflogs. If it wasn't for an FC friend inviting me to his static I wouldn't be able to partake in this content. I have no idea how the Savage community expects the future of the game to go, but with how excluding that bubble is, I don't think it'll be very good.

Finally cleared M11S! My random PF group saw a 0.4% enrage with 2 DDs, so my co-healer (WHM) suggested we try using LB3 twice. As a SGE, I wasn't entirely confident in that strategy since I’d have to adjust my heal/mit plan, but we gave it a try and cleared in two pulls.The LB3 at the end was enough to make up for the 3 DDs we had during the pull and finally gave us the clear. I wouldn't trust any other random PF group to casually do that though...I also picked up a DD, so I was a bit ashamed, but then I saw my clear rDPS parse on SGE was an 81, which means I was doing well enough even with the penalty. I will probably try M12S P1 next, but I have to leave for about a week; I'm a little concerned that all the good players will be gone by the time I get back.
