You're using a machine specifically meant to give you a generic and predictable answer to give you a "creative and unique" outcome. Ai doesn't decide what sounds cool or interesting and create something new, it takes ideas and turns them into something it's already seen and knows because that's ALL it can do.

Case in point designing a castle. A real artist can focus on the unique tapestry, coat-of-arms, the royal throne, etc. that gives the castle its unique personality. However the AI can generate each stone block, each stair case, each torch, each column, that people generally don't even notice or stare at because they are focusing on either the characters on screen or the object of importance. And even if there are errors, they will just fix it in post production which is frankly what devs and hollywood have been doing for decades anyway.

This is a horrible example, because people constantly notice and look at these things, whether it's wondering why there are lit torches in an ancient tomb, or how a castle is poorly and nonsensically designed.
That's not even mentioning the fact that a well designed castle looks amazing, and that every single piece of it is what gives it a unique personality, and throwing away the opportunity to make a cool looking set piece just to save time copy pasting a generic asset flip level fort is exactly the problem. People constantly, and rightfully, dog on lazy devs and artists for this kind of shit, so why stop doing so when all that's changed is that they're using a machine to do it for them instead of tracing it by hand?

Fallacious. The entire point is AI generated games, either on demand or in the studio. Your main character will, at best, be AI generated in concept art, AI generated in the transfer to a 3D model, and AI generated in animation. The technology is already there.
