Is it ethical to emulate games when there's no other way to play them anymore?

Only retards care about if it's ethical to pirate games

Emulation is always ethical, if you buy a game you're in the right to play it on any device you can get it to run on
Piracy (including for emulation) is ethical if you can't reasonably buy a new copy (secondhand doesn't make the owners any money so is irrelevant, importing isn't reasonable)

if you didn't play it at silky smooth 10fps you can't really say you've played it

I'm not talking ethical, but you hurt literally nobody if you decided to play harvest moon 64 today
