Was this when people realized FFVII is actually kinda sorta gay and lame?For me this was when I realized FFVII was kind of a "lower tier" universe, because the voice acting sounds cringy and everything in higher def made me realize it's all pretty weird. The obsession with SOLDIERS doing squats is downright autistic.

The only thing i really like about Crisis Core is Zack, which is a good thing since he's the playable character. He's as confused as the player about this mess of a story

Rebirth tried to pull some time janny bullshit with Aerith's death. It really puts a damper on what is suppose to be the most emotional moment of the game that I even cheered when she died. Zack however ends up being the saddest shit I've seen. It's gameplay mechanic, the Digital Mind Wave, he starts to lose all his thoughts and memories of the people he's met during the Final Stand level.
If its not Final Fantasy VII (Squaresoft, 1997) it is of no value whatesoever.

>>730778559The thing that somewhat ruined the original Final Fantasy 7 itself for me was the true Nibelheim flashback explaining that Sephiroth is a super soldier with super powers and super human instincts.......and yet rookie Cloud was able to essentially cripple him. The fact Sephiroth didn't hear Cloud coming behind him despite him running is nonsense. Every person that attacked Sephiroth from behind he always catches but not Rookie Cloud for no reason.And another thing I hated how Cloud when he was a rookie got impaled by Sephiroth and he survives. He's not tough like Zack who was indeed a first class SOLDIER. He was a normal human weakling and this was BEFORE Hojo started doing mako experiments on Cloud's body. Cloud surviving is bullshit bad writing. And its even more annoying when you consider Cloud survives impalement while Aerith dies.Final Fantasy 7 is way too badly written. And trashy.
