We were playing 1v1 Survival Project, he chose some quick shounen bishie and complained on the chat I didn't pick meta when I chose the viking guy, kept saying he'd beat me too easily. I got him locked in the corner, pushing him away with my normal attacks and pulling him back with my projectile. He called me a punk and disconnected, which was weird because this was around like, 03, and calling people punks was already old back then. I didn't look up what meta meant because I thought it was some loser shit. Later my brother explained to me what meta was, exemplifying by pulling of KS in Gunz the Duel. He looked like he was having a seizure, so I left him to his autism and went to play Kingdom Hearts. I like KH, it's a fun game. I'm currently playing Trials of Mana, what are you playing?

I used to deal with sleeper metafags all the time when playing KOF, because I was young and couldn't pull off commands, so I would choose Change and just zone others with normals. People got really mad that it worked, you just have to memorize the ranges and timing and boom, huge metal ball to the face. I always liked fightan characters with strong well-ranged normals, it's one of the reasons I loved SamSho and Soul Calibur.

Another one is Darktide, long as you can sprint, dodge, slide, block and push, and either your melee, ranged or blitz can deal with carapace you can bring anything. Yet sweaties will scream at you for putting +Sprint Efficiency on your cuiro.
