I'm honestly not impressed with Mario Tennis Fever's roster. Usually, Mario spinoffs would introduce a character that would make me go "WTF?"; Chain-Chomp in Aces, King Bob-omb in Mario Golf Super Rush, Cow in Mario Kart World, etc. It made each game's roster its own quirk. Even Ultra Smash had the fucking Sprixie Princess to make it interesting.

Fever's roster, on the other hand, feels like every Mario sports spinoff ever made. All they did was take Aces' roster, replaced Fire Piranha Plant with the regular one, and slapped some babies on there. Oh yeah, and Wiggler (playable in Power Tennis and other spinoffs), Nabbit (playable in other spinoffs), and Goomba (also playable in other spinoffs). When the most interesting characters here are Baby Wario and Waluigi, you're doing something wrong.

Baby Waluigi is the "WTF" addition.

I know they haven't announced free DLC characters but come on, 38? Just get to 40. Or maybe they plan to add 12 to get to a nice even 50.

I want to know what internal data they have that makes them think we want 5 fucking slots dedicated to babies

Nintendo are pedos, simple as that
